You will need to re-install from disc any games that you installed to HDD, because the images are hashed to the console they were installed on. Also if you want all users to be able to use your content on the Xbox you would need to perform a License Transfer. The most time consuming part is that the license transfer may require you to delete and redownload all downloaded content for it to take full effect.
