The pirate kids put on a Rock and Roll concert at Pirate Rock. Captain Hook threatens to crash the concert, even though his mates like listening to Jake and his crew singing.
Will the show be ruined or will Hook end up liking the song? Jake and the crew help the Pirate Princess find the Dazzle Diamond so she can recharge her magic wand. Izzy accidentally spills all of her pixie dust, so she and the rest of the crew have to journey to the Fountain of Forever to get some more.
While working together to restore power to the underwater Neptune City, Jake, Cubby, Izzy, Skully and Marina discover that Bucky has the ability to turn into a submarine. Hook cheats, wins the race, and takes Bucky away. The children call out to Peter Pan voiced by Adam Wylie again to help them save their ship. To save Bucky, the heroes must get past a fire breathing dragon and retrieve a giant golden bell before sunrise.
Jake and Peter Pan fly when the dragon chases Jake and Peter. Izzy and Cubby get the Golden Bell and notice it's too heavy. Jake, Izzy and Cubby try to rescue Bucky before Hook sees them. Jake and his crew get Bucky back.
Jake and his crew help Percy the Penguin to find the legendary paradise where winter lasts all year long. When Captain Hook steals the lighthouse diamond, Jake and his crew must get it back before Red Jessica sails right passed Pirate Island.
Jake and his crew are invited to attend the Tiki Tree Luau to welcome spring. Before the festival, they take care of Baby Tiki Trees. Captain Hook and his crew come in disguised as Baby Tiki Trees, so Jake and his crew decide to mess with them.
Jake and his crew help Hook get his memory back. When Bones does his magic tricks, he thinks he accidentally made Captain Hook turn into a frog, although Hook was just stuck on sticky vines.
It's Pirate Swap Day! Smee Gets Cubby. Cubby finds a pair of boots and tries to face his fears by wearing the boots and calling them Boots of Bravery, unaware that the boots belong to Captain Hook. When Jake picks up a ship-in-a-bottle, he releases a magical pirate genie who must find the Treasure Wishing Well in order to restore his powers. Izzy tries to take a basket of treasures to Patch and encounters Captain Hook in disguise along the way.
Mister Smee accidentally uses some singing seashells as decorations, Jake and the gang try to rescue them. The fate of Never Land hangs in the balance as magical treasures are mysteriously vanishing: Jake's sword, Izzy's pixie dust - even the directions on Cubby's map!

Captain Hook discovers a funny smell and it's coming from Bones's new pet, the stinky Skunk Bug. He tells him to get rid of it at once to discard it to Pirate Island forcing Jake, Izzy, Cubby and Skully to find a home for the stinky creature. Later, Mr. Smee makes codfish stew with bugs in it and Izzy uses her pixie dust to put them to the same place where the crew drop the Skunk Bug off leading insects to their new home, Far Far Away Island.
Jake's crew encounters a pirate mummy while they search for a magical staff that will dig Captain Flynn's ship out of desert sand. Jake and his friends search for the thief who suspiciously stole the Team Treasure Chest from Pirate Island. Crabs kidnap Cubby to help stop Captain Hook from stealing their most precious treasure, the Golden Claw.
Smee is transformed into a dashing buccaneer by Pip the Pirate Genie and attends Red Jessica's Pirate Convention where he befriends a pirate girl who is assisting with the festivities. Jake discovers the legendary Mega-Mecha Sword, a mechanical device with lots of special features, which Hook then tries to steal. The song is revealed to be a cry for help from Sandy the Starfish. Meanwhile, Captain Hook tries out different camouflage techniques. Queen Coralie is hosting a dance party, but cannot start it without a Golden Glam Shell, which has been taken by an octopus, so the pirate kids trade a necklace that Izzy made to The Pirate Princess for one of her diamonds, which is then traded to the octopus for the Glam Shell.
Jake and his crew try to help a family of singing stones return home Singing Stones Island on time before Peter Pan's comet arrives. Jake and his crew get some water from Fa-La-La Falls to cure Queen Coralie after she loses her voice right before a big concert begins.
Captain Hook tries to prevent this he can have his own concert, but Mama Hook, Queen Coralie being one of her pals, persuades Hook otherwise. So, Jake and Captain Hook's crew try to find her. When Mama Hook wants Captain Hook to find a hobby, everyone pitches in to help him find the perfect pastime. When Cubby tells Captain Flynn and the gang a tall tale about buried treasure, Captain Hook overhears and sets off to find it.
Captain Hook forgets where he buried his teddy bear's toy pirate ship, but he remembers when he's asleep and dreaming. King Crab is holding a crab race the same time and place as Queen Coralie's water ballet, so Jake and his crew convince them to share the venue.
Unfortunately, Captain Hook is also having a picnic with Red Jessica at the same spot and tries to ruin both events. Jake's crew and Captain Hook's crew do a dance called Pirate Pogo Dancing and try to find the lost treasure of the legendary pirate pogo rocker Captain Ramone.
Jake and his crew must convince Captain Hook to help Queen Coralie, who has been cast under a magical sleeping spell. Thanks to a magical book, Izzy becomes a legendary pirate-adventurer, Queen Issabella and helps the Queen find the treasure in Never Land's Valley of Ice.
The Sea Witch's magic mirror turns Captain Hook into a witch, and Hook uses his new powers to turn Jake into a coward. But that sneaky snook Hook hates to look like a bumbling fool, so he flies to London, steals Wendy's storybook, and sets off to destroy her stories once and for all. Unfortunately, without the book, Wendy, John, and Michael start to forget the stories and their adventures on Never Land.
In season four of the series the Team Treasure Chest is still featured, but instead of using the special song as in the previous seasons to summon it,Jake and his crew use a series of mechanism to activate it and they no longer count the gold doubloons as they directly store them in the Team Treasure Chest. The Team Treasure Chest plays a larger role in in the episode " Treasure Chest Switcheroo " Jake and his crew discover that Captain Hook and his band of sneaks have taken their Team Treasure Chest where they collect and store all their gold doubloons.
After many attempts to force chest open fail Hook and his crew paint an old chest to make it look like Jake's chest so the pirate kids will think they really found it so he could learn the words to the song to open the Team Treasure Chest his crew later got the chest back and returned it to its normal hiding spot. Jake and his crew discover that someone has stolen the Team Treasure Chest originally the young pirate believed the thief was Captain Hook and his scurvy band were the thieves but none of the various clues the pirates discover on Pirate Island match Hook and crew.
Jake and his crew continue searching for clues for an answer. It wasn't until they discover a brown feather and ask the Sing-Songbird about it was the feather belongs to Fast Claw who belongs to Beatrice Le Beak. The Team Treasure Chest makes a brief appearance in the episode "North Bound",Skully finds a hidden treasure map and helps guides Jake and his crew learn which objects point north. The Team Treasure Chest is featured on the map.
The Team Treasure Chest makes a brief appearance in the episode "Sailing the Never Sea", Jake and his crew need to beat Captain Hook in a race to a treasure but need help moving Bucky's sails. The Team Treasure Chest is featured yet again on the map. The Team Treasure Chest makes another appearance in the series in the episode "Pulley Hook", after Skully and the viewers help Captain Hook figure out which hook he should use to slide down the rope to the island to claim his treasure.
The Team Treasure Chest is featured in the various printed media mostly feature at the end of the adventure like in the main series when Jake and his crew return from there adventure to place their gold doubloons into the treasure chest.
