Right as you enter the Throne Room, turn left and climb the stones to the left of the door. Wall-run left at the top of the wall and make a blind jump to a couple of water jets you can't see, swinging off of them to reach the hidden sarcophagus.
After sliding down the long vertical shaft in the Terrace, using the banners and flagpoles, you'll propel yourself via Flight over to a ledge with a few enemies. Dispatch them, then climb the ledges to the right of the door.
In the Rooftop Gardens, when you reach the area where you saw Malik fighting, check behind the tree. After the big fight scene in the Rooftop Gardens, leap to the ledge underneath the nearby waterfall and climb up.
The waterfall is hiding a secret area, where you can climb up a wall to reach this sarcophagus. After the big fight scene near the end of the Aqueducts, instead of using the vultures to leave the area, drop down off the edge. You can safely drop down to a hidden balcony, where you'll find a sarcophagus in an alcove.
In the statue room in the Ruins of Rekem, just before you have the chance to escape, you'll find yourself standing on a balance beam with recallable platforms to your left and right. The right path leads to the exit; the left leads to a short corridor full of swinging axes, with this sarcophagus at its end. Right after you find the last sarcophagus, look for this one behind a waterfall right before you go through the next gate.
You pretty much trip over this sarcophagus while you're trying to unlock the secret passage in the throne room of Rekem. In the Reservoir, after defeating the Titan near the beginning of the area, jump through the waterfall to the left of the recallable area. Roll through the gap in the wall to find this sarcophagus. There's a lion-headed statue in the Rekem Reservoir, which Razia is standing in front of when she activates all of the waterspouts in the area.
When you reach that statue, drop down off the edge of the platform next to it and shimmy right until you find some rocks you can climb down.
Slide down them, then wall-run left onto the ledge and follow it around until you find this sarcophagus. This sarcophagus is in plain sight behind a closed door in Solomon's Hall. Reaching it is the trick. Run up the wall and hit the switch to the right of the gate, activating the water jets, and jump off the switch to grab the jet.
Swing on both jets to the wall and run up it to the ledge, then shimmy all the way to the right of the ledge and wall-run to the switch above the entry door. Rinse and repeat on the opposite switch and a secret door revealing the sarcophagus will be opened.
Midway through this area, you will come to a section of frozen water jumps. There will be a waterfall to your right and left, along with two spouts in-between these waterfalls. Make your way up to the second spout and swing to your right. You will pass through the waterfall and pull yourself up on a ledge that hides this sarcophagus. Near the exit to this area you will come to a room with a water wheel. Directly to the right of this wheel is a ledge you would normally grab to continue on.
Jump off the wall to the pole, and jump from the pole to the ledge on the wall. Shimmy left and you will reach the sarcophagus. As soon as you enter this are look to your left and you will see the climbable rocks. Climb up them and proceed to the balcony to claim your sarcophagus. You will come to a section where you have to slide down multiple banners to reach the bottom.
On the way down you will see the sarcophagus. Once you reach the lower level with the enemies either kill or ignore them and wall run up to the ledge on your right. Wall run up some more and smash that sarcophagus. Shortly after entering this area you will reach a cut scene showing your brother fighting of enemies. Make your way towards where he just was and look behind the palm tree to find the sarcophagus. Eventually you will find your self on a large octagon shaped platform fighting off loads of enemies.
Jump through it and climb up the wall to reach the sarcophagus. After fighting a bunch of enemies on a semi-circle platform, some vultures will appear. DO NOT jump to these vultures yet. Make your way around these spouts until you see the sarcophagus hiding behind a waterfall.
Upon making your way through this area you will jump off a frozen water spout onto a wooden beam. From here you can either go left or right. Jump to it, and proceed into the alcove to smash your sarcophagus. After leaving the area VERY shortly after the last sarcophagus, you will slide down a banner to solid ground. In front of you are a door, and to your left is a railing and a waterfall below it. Hop over the railing and go through the waterfall to find this not so well hidden sarcophagus.
You will most likely see the sarcophagus through the semi-see through wall the ones you use LB to make solid. Approach the throne and turn left. Climb the rocky wall and proceed straight. Wall run to your left and drop down. From here wall run up and grab the first ledge, wall run up once more to grab the higher ledge.
Shimmy left and wall run and jump over to the opposite ledge. Shimmy right and drop down to the ledge below. Jump through it and over the gap. You will reach the outside where there are tons of spike traps and spiked logs. As soon as you walk outside you should get a huge cutscene. In this cutscene you can see the sarcophagus but it is hard to reach. Continue walking along the path and fight a horde of enemies.
After that room, keep walking until you reach a little sandy area without spike traps. Hang over the ledge here and drop onto more ledges. Make your way to the right and break the sarcophagus. If you reach a room where you have to pull a lever and step on a switch to move gears you have gone too far. I'm too lazy to explain anymore so this will be the last for me You will reach the prison and have to fight a lot and solve puzzles.
Eventually you will pull 2 levers on this statue and start up a bunch of water to the exit. When going across the frozen water and you reach a ledge you will have to step on a switch and run through a gate dodging traps really fast. The second you get through the gate, turn right and climb up the wall. There will be a collection of rocks to climb up and get the sarcophagus. That should help you for a while.
